Tesla boss Musk calls for 'random emission' testing
Tesla chief executive Elon Musk on Friday called for fossil fuel-powered cars "to be tested at random," as German giant Volkswagen's worldwide pollution cheating scandal continues to reverberate around the globe, AFP reports.
