Employees of EP KazMunaiGas are called to follow corporate ethics

Director General of EP KazMunaiGas Alik Aidarbayev called his employees to follow corporate ethics. The new manager met with employees of the head office in Astana, Tengrinews.kz reports citing press-release of EP KMG. “We have to strive to have managers of different levels follow our corporate ethics and give necessary attention to the atmosphere inside the company. The workers also have to respect their colleagues and share corporate values of the Company, follow the discipline and safety rules. Amid the current situation we have to unite and work as a tight-knit community in order to be ready to stand up to even in the most difficult situation to reach our common goals in future,” EP KMG’s press-service cites Alik Aidarbayev. Aidarbayev has stressed that it is necessary to concentrate on opening new jobs and maintaining stability of the production process. “The President gave us certain tasks and we have to take maximum efforts to implement them. Our main objectives are: to establish the company for opening new jobs, give our branch companies the status of legal entities, win back the trust of thousands of our employees,” he said. Earlier Alik Aidarbayev admitted the company's partial fault to the oil workers.
