New album of Motor-Roller - Music For The Scorpion
Kazakhstan's Motor-Roller rock band released a new album called Music For The Scorpion. Songs from this album were used as soundtracks for The Whole World At Our Feet movie, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the band’s official website. The new album was recorded in 2012 in a London studio called Ten21 Recording Studios where the band’s previous album called Apoptoz was recorded. “The album’s mastering was performed in Close To The Edge British studio famous for its works with such performers like George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Sex Pistols, Tears For Fears, ABBA and others,” the website writes. Songs from the album were used as soundtracks for Kazakhstan-American movie called The Whole World At Our Feet. The album also includes two bonus videos Paper Man and Anna. Anna made it into the TOP-10 of the British chart at the BEAT100 Network and was ranked 5th after the voting. “The instrumental tracks were written specially for the movie so our mind set was pretty different. That was a specific work made in “movie-style”. The soundtrack is different from normal music and this is the main difference from the previous album, but anyway everything is our style, Motor-Roller style,” the band’s frontman Ilyas Autov said. Motor-Roller’s new album is available for free listening and downloading on the Internet.
