Kazakhstan opera singer Mariya Mudyak will perform in Genoa, Italy. Mariya, 19, was invited to the Teatro Carlo Felice, the principal opera house of Genoa, for the 2013-2014 season. The girl's mother Olga Mudyak told Tengrinews. "Mariya participated in the 4th Annual Benvenuto Franci Opera Competition in the City of Pienza, Italy. Reaching the final, she won the most prestigious award of the Teatro Carlo Felice of Genoa city and was invited to perform there for the whole 2013-2014 season," Olga Mudyak said. According to her, the contest was held in three stages on October 10-12 this year. The jury included famous musicians, singers and directors of world opera houses: Adua Veroni, Francesca Barbieri, Eline de Kat, Angelo Gabrielli, Ronaldo Panerai. Director of the Teatro Carlo Felice Giovanni Pacor handed the award to the Kazakhstan opera singer. "Mariya will sing parts in La Bohème , Don Pasquale, The Marriage of Figaro and other operas," Maria's mother added. Mariya entered the world Top Ten sopranos at the Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition held from June 28 to July 6, 2013 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where 3000 participants completed. 160 opera singers from 50 different countries reached the finals. 19-y.o. singer was the youngest participant at the contest. When Mariya was 5 years old girl she entered the Guinness Book, after she recorded her first sole laser disk and became the youngest singer on the planet. When she was 10, she was admitted into the Italian Teatro alla Scala Academy of Lyric Opera. This was an exception as she was very young. Later she made it into the State Conservatory, being the youngest student again. She got a Kazakhstan education scholarship Bolashak for higher eduction abroad. Mariya gained the title of the best singer of Italy at the national contest in 2011. She performed with Toto Cutugno in her final show. Mariya Mudyak graduated from the Giuseppe Verdi Milan State Conservatory in 2012, becoming the youngest alumna to complete the whole course.
