Kazakhstan Kun-Do team will direct stunt fighting in Gentlemen of Fortune remake

Kazakhstan Kun-Do Stunt Fighting School run by Igor Tsay will develop action scenes for a remake of the notorious Soviet comedy Gentlemen of Fortune, Tengrinews.kz reports. “Kun-Do team has already returned from Saint-Petersburg where it successfully staged one of the movie’s several action scenes. Our work in this project has not yet been completed and Kun-Do will return to direct a shooting scene in the nearest future,” the actors of the team said. Timur Bekmambetov’s Bazelevs film company is shooting the remake of Gentlemen of Fortune movie. Famous Russian actors Sergey Bezrukov, Gosha Kutsenko and Anton Bogdanov will be starring in the film. Kun-Do team have been working with Timur Bekmambetov for more than five years already. They have directed fighting stunts for his Day Watch, Vykrutasy (Tricksters) with Milla Jovovich and Wanted with Angelina Jolie. Timur Bekmambetov and Kun-Do stunt actors been jointly worked on Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter recently. They developed and staged all the fighting and action scenes in the movie.
