Tengrinews.kz – New protocols for trucks will be introduced in Kazakhstan. This was reported by Zhaslan Madiyev, Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As the minister stated, protocols will be drawn up automatically this year, which will eliminate the human factor.

"Previously, an overloaded vehicle was recorded by a weight sensor, a separate camera took a photo, and an inspector stopped the vehicle to draw up a violation on a paper protocol. This year, it is planned to eliminate the human factor, and protocols will be drawn up automatically. For this purpose, amendments have already been made to the Administrative Code, integration work is underway," Madiyev said.

According to the Minister of Digital Development, this will reduce the number of transport inspectors on highways, reduce the corruption component, and also increase the service life of roads and reduce accidents with trucks.

Earlier, Zhaslan Madiyev said that Kazakhstan plans to introduce a program to support electric vehicles and implement driverless transport solutions.
