Ice Hockey: Kazakhstan team won over Slovenia in friendly

The national ice hockey team of Kazakhstan won over the Slovenia’s team in a friendly match, Vesti.kz reports. The match that was held in the Slovenian city of Maribor ended with the score of 2:1. Anze Kuralt of the Czech Republic delivered the first puck into the Kazakhstan gates 9 minutes into the match. Kazakhstan hockey players managed to even the score in six minutes: Fyodor Polishuk hit the Czech gates. Talgat Zhailauov brought the victory to the Kazakhstan team, he delivered a puck at the second minute of the second period. Kazakhstan national team played this friendly as part of the training in the first division (Group A) prior to the World Ice Hockey Championship that is held in Hungarian Budapest between April 14 and April 20. Kazakhstan is set against Japanese, Italian, North Korean, British and Hungarian teams in the Championship.
