Neighboring countries interested in Kazakhstan's IT-products

Neighboring countries are interested in the products of Kazakhstan IT-companies, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Vice-Minister of Transport and Communications Saken Sarsenov as saying at Kazakhstan Information Technologies-2012 conference and exhibition in Astana. “Our products are of interest for Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Russia. As you know, Kazakhstan’s e-government is a package project that gave us a serious weight in international rankings. Right now these countries are very interested in our projects and want to come to Kazakhstan for training, as we have similar specifics. We will be glad to (provide training),” Sarsenov said. He believes that it is easier and better to train in Kazakhstan as local experts were trained in such advanced countries as South Korea and Singapore and their experience would be very useful for the neighboring countries.
