Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received the Prime Minister of Croatia Zoran Milanovic, Tengrinews reports citing the press office of Akorda.
Zoran Milanovic arrived in Astana on Wednesday, May 27, on his first official visit to Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, Nazarbayev and Milanovic discussed bilateral cooperation in trade and economy, investments and energy. Besides, the two sides dwelt on the current issues of the international agenda.
“I visited Croatia several times to establish efficient bilateral economic ties, because there are no barriers between our countries. I gave certain instructions concerning cooperation with Croatian companies that are willing to work in our country,” Nazarbayev said adding that the two nations had friendly relations.
Zoran Milanovic, in turn, marked the growing dynamics of the Kazakh-Croatian cooperation, which, he believes, positively affects the key areas of partnership between Kazakhstan and Croatia.
