Nazarbayev meets with new Presidential Administration03 april 2014, 18:00
Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with ranking officials of the Presidential Administration, Tengrinews reports citing the official website of the president.
The President thanked Karim Massimov, the former head of the Administration who was yesterday appointed the new Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, for his hard work as the Head of the Presidential Administration. Nazarbayev added that the decision was made to stimulate the work of the government during these difficult times.
“We have the goals set forth in the Kazakhstan 2050 Strategy and the government has to work hard to achieve these goals,” Nazarbayev said.
The President appointed Adilbek Dzhaksybekov the new Secretary of State earlier today. “The Secretary of State has a broad range of duties. Adilbek Dzhaksybekov gained valuable experience in his earlier work and it will help him solve issues in his new capacity,” the Kazakhstan President said.
Commenting today's appointment of Nurlan Nigmatulin as the new Head of the Presidential Administration Nursultan Nazarbayev said that Nigmatulin had ample experience both in regional and central levels of the Kazakhstan government.
President Nazarbayev expressed hope that he would be an efficient leader of the Presidential Administration and will work in the best interest of all the Kazakhstanis.
