Kazakhstan is ready to host the next round of negotiations of six international mediators on Iranian nuclear program with representatives of Tehran upon consent of all the participants of the negotiation process, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports citing Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry. “At the meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi (in summer 2012) President Nursultan Nazarbayev made this suggestion in consideration of the consistent position that our country always had on non-proliferation,” deputy chairman of the International Information Commission of Kazakhstan Foreign Minsitry Zhanbulat Ussenov told Interfax-Kazakhstan. “We have been and remain adherent to non-proliferation policies. That is the context that our President made the suggestion in. And we have been and are still ready to host the negotiations,” Ussenov said. He stressed that it “depends on the countries involved in the negotiations”.
