Kazakhstan Central Election Commission has announced preliminary results of Kazakhstan parliamentary elections, Tengrinews.kz reports.

Kazakhstan President and the deputies had raised the issue of multi-party parliament several times. According to the changes made into the laws, in case the 7-percent threshold is overcome by one party, the next party with the most number of votes can get seats as well.
