77.5 percent of polled Kazakhstan residents will vote at parliamentary elections on January 15, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Director of the Institute of Social-Political Researches Aigul Sadvakassova. In the beginning of the election campaign the number was 67.2 percent, i.e. electoral activity has increased by 10.3 percent.

The rating of some parties has also increased since the time of the first poll. 80.9 percent of polled Kazakhstan residents are ready to vote for Nur Otan (the first time this number was 80.5 percent). 7.5 percent respondents will vote for Ak Zhol (versus 7 percent in the beginning). 4.1 percent will give their votes for National Social-Democratic Party (increased by 1.7 percent), 3.9 will vote for Communist People’s Party of Kazakhstan (the party’s rating made 2 percent in the first poll). Ratings of Adilet (1.2 percent), Patriots’ Party of Kazakhstan (0.7 percent) and Auyl party (0.4 percent) has not changed.

Besides, the Institute forecasts that the rating of dismissed Rukhaniyat party, 0.1 percent, will be re-distributed among other parties and those who has not yet make up their minds about voting (1.2 percent). 0.1 percent of respondents refused to answer the question about their political views. Aigul Sadvakassova said that the number of undecided voters has decreased.

The poll covered 2 thousand people (46.4 percent men and 53.6 percent women). The respondents’ age was from 18 to 61 years, some were older than that.
