Charm given to Obama by Nazarbayev was made by Uralsk designers

The Tumar (Kazakh traditional charm) that Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev gave to U.S. President Barack Obama was made by the artistic group called Woman Art Design from Uralsk, Express K writes. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported than Nazarbayev made a gift to Obama at the Nuclear Securty Summit in Seoul and wished him luck at the coming presidential elections. The charm's design is copyright protected. The artistic group was established at the Art School of West-Kazakhstan State University by members of Kazakhstan Designers Union. Offices of the presidential administration are decorated with works of this group. And many of their art pieced are in private collections in Russia, England, Switzerland, Germany and the U.S.
