Zhumagaliyev initiated audit of Kazakhstan airports and airlines

Kazakhstan Minister of Transport and Communications Askar Zhumagaliyev instructed to audit airports and airlines, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Minister’s Twitter. “Instructed to audit airports and airlines in Kazakhstan with involvement of the IATA and Skytrax representatives,” Zhumagaliyev tweeted after a meeting with the Civil Aviation Commission of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Transport and Communications. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) acts as a coordinator and representative of air transport interests in provision of flights security, performance of flights, rates policy, maintenance, aviation security, development of international standards. Skytrax is British private consulting company specializing in analyzing quality of services performed by airlines and airports. The company annually polls passengers to evaluate the service quality of air carriers and airports.
