The Index is led by New York. London and Singapore are ranked second and third, correspondingly. Moscow is rated 58th. Top ten cities also include Hong Kong, Paris, Tokyo, Zurich, Washington, Chicago and Boston. Almaty shares its 100th place in the Index with Saint-Petersburg and is ahead of Kiev that is ranked 108th.
