Aktobe suicide bomber's name unveiled

25-year old suicide bomber blew himself in Aktobe National Security Commission Department, Tengrinews.kz reports. General Prosecutor's Office have made their first statements about the blast. “Rakhymzhan Makatov, born in 1986, blew himself up. He had a self-made explosive device. He died, two people were injured. A criminal case has been initiated. An employee of the National Security Commission Department and a security guard were injured. Rakhymzhan Makatov was a member of an organized criminal group and blew himself to dodge the criminal responsibility,” an official representative of Kazakhstan General Prosecutor's Office said. Zhenisbek Moldin, 32, who was injured during an explosion, is in a bad condition in the surgical department of the city hospital, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports citing his brother Alibek Moldin. As per Alibek Moldin, witnesses saw his brother entering the National Security Commission Department building, when the suicide bomber grabbed him and activated the bomb. “Now my brother is unconscious and has many fragment wounds,” he said. According to Alibek Moldin, Zhenisbek Moldin works as a manager in one of Aktobe oil companies.
