Daniyar Berlibayev appointed head of gas projects in KazMunaiGas

Daniyar Berlibayev appointed Managing Director on Gas Projects of KazMunaiGas national oil&gas; company, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the company’s press-service. In February 2010 Berlibayev was appointed Director General of KazTransGas. Earlier he headed KazMunaiGas-Processing and Marketing and was Managing Director of KazMunaiGas. Daniyar Berlibayev was born in 1968. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. He has rich experience in oil and gas sector. In different years he worked as Executive Finance Director, Adviser to President on Finance and Economy of KazTransOil, First Vice-President, First Deputy Director General of KazTransGas, First Deputy Director General of Oil and Gas Transport, Managing Director on Corporate Development, Managing Director on Economy, Finance and Corporate Management of KazMunaiGas, Director General of KazMorTrandFlot and Director General of Intergas Central Asia. He was awarded Kurmet decoration and anniversary medals 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence and 70th anniversary of pipeline transport.
