The vacancies are for blue-collar workers with the following qualifications: welder, fitter, concrete worker, electrician, forklift driver, ironworker, metal engineer, traveling crane driver and driver.

According to the Ministry, 15.6 million tenge ($104 thousand) have been allocated as part of the Employment-2020 program to cover the axed employees of ArcelorMittal Temirtau. Another 40.5 million tenge ($270 thousand) have been allocated from the state budget under the program of territories development to cover the population with active employment support measures.
