Canadian Minister of State for Finance Ted Menzies shared his view on “smart” economy measures that could be used to keep the European society happy at the briefing called Dialogue of Leaderы at the 5th Astana Economic Forum. Former Secretary General of the OECD, former Minister of Canadian Government, founder and partner of "Heenan Blaikie" Donald Johnston also shared his opinion on the matter.
