Christopher Pissarides, Head of the Economics Department at London School of Economics and 2010 Nobel Prize-Winner, talked about ways to overcome the global problems sprouting from the debt obligations at the briefing called Dialogue of Leaders at the 5th Astana Economic Forum. He called to combining structural reforms and harsh austerity measures.
