Kazakhstan speed-skater Denis Kuzin has fallen at the finish of his favourite track during the World Cup in the Netherlands, Tengrinews reports citing Vesti.kz. Denis Kuzin fell a few meters before the finish of the 1000 meter speed skating race. He still managed to cross the finish line, but got the last place in the race. Canadian Denny Morrison celebrated the victory with a result of 1:08.91. Denis Kuzin has had a pretty unfortunate end of the season. The Kazakhstan star speed-skater failed to gain any medals at the Winter Olympics 2014 in Sochi, even thought he was one of the speed-skating favourites after he won gold medal in the 1000 meter race at the World Championship last year.
