21-y.o. freestyler Yuliya Galysheva of Kazakhstan has declared that she will finish her sport career after the Sochi Winter Olympics 2014, Tengrinews reports. Galysheva won the 7th place in the woman's mogul skiing event. The score she was given rose a wave of questions to the jury. The skier said that she believes her performance was worth 9 points out of 10. She did everything well and without making any mistakes. She said that the jury have difference approaches to evaluation of different sportsmen, and it is hardly possible to prove that there was any preconceived judging. Galysheva believes that she has a solid claim for the Top 6 best freestylers. She wanted to appeal the jury decision, but she was told that it was not impossible, since skiers can appeal only for technical reasons, for example, if a marker flag was left on her track. "When the results were announced, I didn’t feel anything special. It is always like that, if I finish in the 16th place in the finals, then the will give me the 17th place. I can't explain why, but it always this way with Kazakhstani athletes at World Cups and Championships. However, I feel good. The 7th place is not so bad," Yuliya said.
