Almaty Kairat futsal club won the UEFA Cup for the first time in its history, by winning over Moscow Dinamo with the score of 4:3 in the final, Tengrinews.kz reports. The Kazakhstan club opened the score at the 11th minute into the match. Alexandre Moraes was the author of the goal. Moscow club’s player Sergey Sergeyev evened the score one minute before the end of the first half of the match. Kairat took the lead again in the beginning of the second half. Leo Santana scored the goal at the 23rd minute into the half. Fumasa doubled the lead six minutes later. Kairat’s goalkeeper Higuita scored the fourth goal into Dinamo’s gates at the 33rd minute. Dinamo’s Tatu and Pula made up some ground of Dinamo club and minimized the gap. Earlier Spain’s Barcelona won over Georgia’s Iberia Star Tbilisi club that was hosting the Cup with the score of 4:1 and became third.
