Chess: Kazakhstan's chess player Zhansaya Abdumalik in world's Top100

Young chess player Zhansaya Abdumalik from Kazakhstan has advanced to the 89th line in the ranking of the World Chess Federation (FIDE), Tengrinews reports citing Vesti.kz. This is the first time that the Kazakhstan's young talent Zhansaya is in the world's Top100 best chess players. Abdumalik, 14 currently has 2366 points in the ranking. She is Kazakhstan's No.1 chess player and is 15 lines ahead of her older compatriot Dinara Saduakasova in the global ranking. Hungarian grand master Judit Polgar, 37, is the leader of the FIDE woman's ranking. Zhansaya Abdumalik intends to be in the Top 20 of the FIDE ranking by the end of 2014. The Chess Academy named after Zhansaya was opened in Kazakhstan in the beginning of 2014. She attended the opening along with the ex-World Champion, Russian chess grandmaster, Anatoly Karpov. Karpov played four games against the teen international master from Kazakhstan. He won two games out of four, lost one and tied the fourth.
