Swiss Fabian Cancellara from RadioShack cycling team won the final seventh stage of the 9.3-kilometer race (an individual race with staggered start). Roman Kreuziger became 39th. He was 46 seconds behind the leader. Italian Vincenzo Nibali of the Liquigas team became the leader of the general classification. He managed to push American Chris Horner from RadioShack down to the second place and Kazakhstan Roman Kreuziger to the third place.
