Real Madrid football player to be capped for Kazakhstan Kairat

Four foreign football legionnaires will play for Almaty Kairat club. Spanish Alberto Heredia Ceballos-Zúñiga, Real Madrid football player, Stuart Duff, Scottish premier league player, Burak Akyildiz, Turkish fullback, and Josip Knezevic, Croatian halfback have signed the contract, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to the official website of the Club. Alberto Heredia was born in 1987. He played junior football at Real Madrid, sharing teams with future Spanish football star Juan Manuel Mata. He made his senior debuts with Sevilla Atletico as attacking midfielder. He represented such football teams as Burgos, Marbella, Santa Eulalia and others. 30-year old Stuart Duff is an experienced football player of European premier-league level. He is capable of strengthening the team as a halfback and fullback. Here is the player's record published at Kairat's website. Duff played for Scotland during almost of his professional career. Duff played for Dundee United in 1998 – 2008 Aberdeen in 2008-2010 and Inverness CT in 2009-2011. He confirmed to join Qormi, a Maltese premier league team, for the rest of the season. Stuart played in Junior Scottish team U-21 in 2002-2003; he played 10 matches there. Turkish football player Burak Akyildiz played for such Turkish clubs as Denizlispor, Göztepe SK, Marmaris Belediyerspor and others. He is 27. He is quite tall: 1.92 meters. He has signed one year contract with Kairat. Burak has already played for the Kazakhstan club in four friendly matches and scored one goal. Josip Knezevic has signed a season-long loan deal with Kazakhstan Premier League outfit FC Kairat. He played for Croatian NK Osijek Club and Russian Amkar Perm. He signed a four-year contract with the Russian club. Knezevic played 13 matches for Croatian Junior team.
