The final show of Kazakh Aruy (Kazakh Beauty) pageant will be held in Almaty Palace of Students on March 17. Only 18 girls out of 500 candidates have been selected for the final show. They will compete for the title of the most beautiful Kazakh girl, Voxpopuli.kz reports. To vote for the most beautiful girl please see the pictures in the website.

At the moment of writing the girls have the following standings:
Anar Turganova from of Almaty is in the first place.
Ali-Anna Ansatbayeva from Aktobe oblast is in the second place.
Anara Sagitova from East Kazakhstan oblast is in the third place.
Aziza Shashubayeva from Zhambyl oblast is in the fourth place.
Aigerim Sakanova from Zhambyl oblast is in the fifth place.
Yenlik Samatova from East Kazakhstan oblast is in the sixth place.
Anel Algatai from Almaty is in the seventh place.

Kazakhstan’s producer Bayan Yessenatyeva is the organizer of the pageant. Candidates must meet the following requirements to participate in the contest: they must speak the Kazakh language, know the history of Kazakhstan, Kazakh literature and national traditions. They must have long hair and be at least 170 centimeters tall.
19-y.o. Ayganym Otepbergenova was awarded with the Kazakh Aruy title last year.
