'Specially for Men' channel launched in Kazakhstan

A new TV-channel called Turan has been launched in Kazakhstan. It is going to broadcast premium content for men, Tengrinews reports. The channel is aimed at popularization of local tourism, non-traditional sports and promotion of healthy lifestyle. The employees of the channel say that the zest of the channel is that it is focused on traditionally men’s topics. “The channel will broadcast in Kazakh and Russian languages,” they says. Turan will make reviews of hunting news and stories, get experts to comment weapons and other traditionally manly equipment. Besides, the channel will have programs about fishing with adventurous fishermen give practical advice on how to find best fishing spots and describe fish species. The channel will make reports from exhibitions and car shows, show test drives of cars and special vehicles for tourism and travel, and run other programs about cars and tuning.
