Georgian designer, a frequenter of Kazakhstan Fashion Week, Keti Chkhikvadze opened the event by presenting her collection in Almaty, Tengrinews.kz reports. The designer showed trapeze-shaped dresses of amazing colors, tigrine chausses and furs. Guests wishing to buy the clothes designed by the famous designer tried them on during breaks in the fashion parade. Aygul Kassymova was similarly practical and also offered her fans an opportunity to try her clothes on. Her collection featured light and pastel colors, tender flying dresses with trees, birds’ and people’s prints. The concept of the clothes was The Upward Trend . Alexey Chzhen, famous designer and stylist, won applause from the audience by presenting his InsideOut brand in Almaty Towers hall where the Fashion Week was held. Rave twits appeared in Twitter under hashtags #kfw2012 and Instagramm. Leather coats, bright long skirts. It was an image of a superb woman. Kamila Kurbani amused the audience by her multi-layer and multifunctional clothes. There were dresses with black shoes, transformer gloves shaped like a bag. Debutant Kamila Tilebaldinova showed her bright long dresses, spiked leather jackets, skirts of different length and cut, and checkered coats. Avtandil, one more KFW frequenter, amazed the audience with his multilayer and mysterious long dresses. His fashion was give high praise by the audience. Velvet black jackets and relaxed fit trousers were the main features of the collection. The designer showed two extremes: a fully closed woman and a sex appealing provoking one. French Jean Fares Couture collection closed the first day of the Fashion Week. It offered disco styled of 1980s. Ragged, golden and silver tights along with leather biker jackets, lace and heavy, flashy dresses were presented by the Couture. Kazakhstan Fashion Week will finish on April 21.
