Kazakhstan to open embassies in RSA and Vietnam

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has decreed to open Kazakhstan embassies in the Republic of South Africa and Vietnam, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports. The decrees were signed on November 11 and published in the official media on November 13. The documents came in force on the day of signing. The Kazakhstan diplomatic offices will be established in RSA's Pretoria and Vietnam's Hanoi. The Government of Kazakhstan was tasked with implementing the decrees.
