Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Serik Akhmetov met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin on October 25, Prime-Minister’s press-service writes. Akhmetov passed Merkel best wishes and congratulations from Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Prime-Minister stressed that Germany was a reliable investment partner of Kazakhstan and expressed hope for further successful cooperation. Besides, Akhmetov met with Vice-Chancellor and Minister of Economy and Technologies Philipp Rösler. As part of his working visit to Germany Kazakhstan Prime-Minister took part in an official event timed to the 60th anniversary of the Eastern Committee of German economy.
