Kairat Abdrakhmanov has been appointed Kazakhstan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Slovenia, Tengrinews reports citing the official website of the Kazakhstan President. He was appointed by a presidential decree. Abdrakhamnov is also the Kazakhstan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria and the permanent Kazakhstan representative at the international organizations in Vienna city. He has retained all these position and will be combining them with the new duties. In June the Slovenian President Borut Pahor invited Nursultan Navarbayev to visit Slovenia. The countries are planned to ink an agreement to eliminate double taxation during the visit of the Kazakhstan President to Slovenia. Kazakhstan already reviewed the document and sent it back to the Slovenian partners.
