U.S. Charge d'Affaires in Kazakhstan John M. Ordway has congratulated Kazakhstan on the 22nd Independence Day in the Kazakh and Russian languages, Tengrinews reports.

“The Independence Day is celebrated all over the world as one of the major national holidays that signifies establishment of statehood. The United States were, are and will always remain a faithful friend and reliable partner to Kazakhstan. I wish you happy Independence Day on behalf of the US government, people and myself, ” said Mr. Ordway in the YouTube video from the usembassyastana channel.

John M. Ordway served as the United States Ambassador to Kazakhstan from August 30, 2004 to October 7, 2008.
