Kazakhstan citizens gave an ultimate support to Nur Otan party once again, Tengrinews.kz reports citing chairman of the party and Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev as saying at the 18th session of Kazakhstan People’s Assembly on January 16.
“Once again Kazakhstan residents gave carte blanche to the party. They voted for our unity, stability in our country, further development, implementation of several programs I suggested. These are: the industrial innovational program, the employment program, the program for fresh water supply, the program for reconstruction of housing and public utilities, the program for development of agriculture: cattle breeding and processing, in particular. Business-2020 program is aimed to create all the necessary conditions for business, finance it and extension of loans. What is all that done for? This is done to provide Kazakhstan residents with jobs and improve their lives every year,” Kazakhstan President said.
The President expressed his confidence that Kazakhstan will overcome the coming global economic crisis.
“All experts foresee a new wave of the crisis, but we have overcome several such recessions: after collapse of the Soviet Union, the south-eastern crisis and the most terrible economic crisis of 2008-2009. Right now our economy is more stable and we have large reserves. Of course, there will be expenses and life will bring something new into our programs, but we are not planning to change our course,” Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
