October 24 Kazakhstan President had a telephone caonversation with Turkish President, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan President’s official website. Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed his condolences in relation to numerous victims of the earthquake in Turkey and offered aid in elimination of the disaster’s consequences. “They discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations and results of the 1st Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States that was held in Almaty. President of Turkey Abduallah Gul expressed pity that he could not be present at the high-level meeting,” the President’s press-service states. Earlier Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a telegram with condolences to Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
