Kazakhstan state budget for 2012-2014 will bring the country closer to developed countries, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev. “We need to take a balanced and reasonable approach to making of the budget for 2012-2014. The budget has very serious and ambitious goals of reaching $15 thousand GDP per capita. This will bring us closer to developed countries and give us an opportunity to enter the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development). It has to be balanced to ease up implementation of all the objectives of the economic and social development,” the President noted in his speech addressing the deputies at the opening of the 5th session of the Parliament on September 1.
