Kazakhstan's fuel prices will not change in November, KazTAG reports citing Kazakhstan Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbayev. “The prices will not change. We haven't made out decision about November yet, but I think they will not be changed,” Mynbayev told the journalists on Friday. He added that the situation in the fuel market is gradually stabilizing. "In general the situation is stabilizing in the fuel market and there are no shortages similar to those we were facing earlier. This is also thanks to the Government's decision on additional refining capacities. Besides, there are also some tendency of a decrease in prices, diesel fuel prices in particular,” Mynbayev said. Kazakhstan Ministry of Oil and Gas has fixed the following ceilings for fuel prices in August 2011: AI-92/93 – 106 tenge ($0.73), AI-80 – 86 tenge ($0.59), diesel fuel – 90 tenge ($0.62).
