PM Massimov demands enforcement of social programs

Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Massimov demanded greater enforcement of social programs, Tengrinews.kz journalist reports. “Higher living standards, development of human capital should be of prime priority for the government. All the three social programs [to develop education, healthcare and offer employment opportunities] should be enforced; the Government needs to concentrate on plans with regards to the programs”, PM Massimov instructed the ministers at the government’s sitting March 29. At the Government’s sitting today the ministers unveiled the three projects drafted upon President Nazarbayev’s initiative. “These reports instill optimism. But things need to keep moving”, Mr. Massimov said.
