Kazakhstan will construct drones and ships with U.S. and Ukraine

Kazakhstan is going to manufacture drones in partnership with the U.S. and is eyeing a shipbuilding partnership with Ukraine, CA-NEWS reports citing press-service of Kazakhstan Engineering national company.
According to the press-service, the company’s delegation have paid a working visit to Wichita, Kansas. The meeting with Cessna Aviation Company covered bilateral cooperation and production of light-motor aviation and unmanned planes.
Kazakhstan delegation also visited Ukraine on January 12-14. The Press-service states that Kazakhstan Engineering is planning to cooperate with the Ukrainian Research and Scientific Shipbuilding Center. A joint design bureau will be created to meet Kazakhstan’s needs.
Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that the delegation led by Vice-President of Kazakhstan Engineering Vadim Shakshakbaev visited Israel. The negotiations were also attended by Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. The delegation was interested in renewal of contacts on purchase of Israeli drones.
