We appreciate a good investment climate created by you and work in Kazakhstan with pleasure. Please approve our launching of this joint production facility,” Director General of Kazphosphate Mukash Iskender said via teleconference bridge. “I congratulate you on the beginning of this work. This is very important for us are we are waiting for these products as well as our agricultural sector and other industries using them are. It is also important that new jobs have been created in the southern region,” President said when launching the facility. Kazphosphate will use a new technology for production of sodium hexametaphosphate. This is the first time such innovation is used at the territory of Kazakhstan. The factory will produce final goods with high added value. The use of the new technologies will triple the energy efficiency. The facility’s capacity is expected to reach 4,000 tons of sodium hexametaphosphate and food-grade phasphates per year. Besides, the President has launched the construction of Aksai industrial park in West-Kazakhstan oblast. The new technological park is able to support and attract international investors to the territory of West-Kazakhstan oblast and provide for transfer of high technologies to Kazakhstan. The industrial park will also have four production facilities: production of block-modular equipment, welding equipment, aluminum scaffolds and a “green business”. The produced commodities will be used in such major projects as KPO BV, Kashagan, Tengiz and others, increasing the local content in procurement. By Aidana Ussupova
