Kazakhstan spent over 500 thousand tenge per convict in 2012

According to him, the ratio in Kazakhstan is 316 convicts per 100 thousand people. The first prison reform forum called Probation and Electronic Bracelets instead of Prisons is attended by representatives of Kazakhstan President’s Administration, ministries and authorities, local executive bodies, diplomatic missions, non-governmental organizations, as well as the scientists and the international experts.
