Kaztransoil will be the first company to implement the People's IPO program, Tengrinews.kz reports citing deputy chairman of Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund Kuandyk Bishimbayev. Earlier Samruk-Kazyna planned to make KEGOC the first company to sell its securities to the people. "We planned to place the stocks of two companies in 2012: KEGOC and Kaztransoil. During discussions we thought that we would choose the company that will be the most prepared. Having spoken to the consultants who help evaluate the companies, we decided that Kaztransoil looks more prepared. The initial public offering of Kaztransoil shares will be made in October 2012. It can be followed by KEGOK in Q4 2012 pr Q1 2013. As we planned, it will still be Kaztransoil and KEGOK, it's only the sequence that changes," Bishimbayev said. Samruk-Kazyna has developed a big information program on implementation of the People's IPO.
