Police has arrested several suspects in relation to the recent blast in a private house on Moldagulova street in Atyrau, western oil city of Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of Atyrau oblast court. They are suspected of preparation of crime and terrorism with the use of weapons or explosives. On September 9 the court issued an arrest warrant for four men. Two of them turned out to be local citizens: a citizen of Zhylyoiskiy region of Atyrau oblast and a citizen of Mangistau oblast. All of them have been apprehended and placed in a temporary detention center. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that Atyrau Interior Department received a message on a blast in a private house on Moldagulova street on September 5. Policemen discovered the body of a local citizen born in 1991 at the site of the explosion. By Dmitriy Khegai
