Kazakhstan quartet Rin’Go is planning to win the first international festival Crimea Music Fest to be held in Crimea, Ukraine, on September 6-10, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the band’s official website. Daniyar, Ayan, Batyr and Adil with their producer Alua Konarova will go to Ukraine on August 26. Russian diva Alla Pugacheva will hold daily rehearsals with participants before the start of the contest. The contest will be managed by Alla Pugacheva. Sofia Rotaru, Valeriy Leontyev, Demis Roussos and Gloria Gaynor will be evaluating the participants’ performances. Uniqueness of the contest is that it will have the participants from five continents: Eurasia, Africa, Australia, South and North Americas. Alla Pugacheva will host the 2-day festival and introduce every participant herself. She is currently learning the history and traditions of the participating countries. Rin’Go successfully participated in the New Wave music festival in 2007 and won the Audience Choice Award and a special prize called Trust, which was $50 thousand from Alla Pugacheva.
