Kazakhstan’s road policemen will get an additional pay rise in 2012, Megapolis writes citing chairman of the Road Police Commission of Kazakhstan Interior Ministry Berik Bissenkulov. “We pay special attention to motivation of our personnel. Last year their wages were raised by 30 percent. This year we are planning an additional raise,” Bissenkulov said. According to him, several changes were made to the HR work to increase responsibility and control transparency. New personnel policy will help clear our personnel from those who see their work as a feed box. “The unscheduled assessment of the personnel of law-enforcement authorities initiated by the President will also allow to significantly freshen up the road police personnel,” Bissenkulov added.
